All prices in our online store are in Australian dollars.

  • The prices within the online store DO NOT include any relevant overseas duties (including import GST/VAT), clearance or handling charges and other customs or import charges that you may incur.
  • Please refer to your local customs and import authorities about what these additional charges may be.

To comply with Australian export regulations we are required to declare the exact value of all items ordered and to mark them as dutiable 'merchandise'. We are also prohibited by law from marking the order as a 'gift', even if the order is placed with the intention of sending to a gift recipient.

Australia Post is experiencing international delivery delays in all destinations due to limited airline capacity and government restrictions as a result of COVID-19. Delivery to the following countries has now been suspended until further notice:

  • Croatia
  • India

We use Australia Post for orders within Australia. All shipments should have an Australia Post tracking number. You will be sent a dispatch confirmation email including tracking number. It can be tracked via Australia post website.

We deliver standard and express parcels to any Australian address and overseas address including PO Boxes via Australia post.

For standard shipping  please allow 3-5 working days for your order to arrive. For express shipping please allow 2-3 working days for your order to arrive. There may be slight delays due to COVID-19 or other unforeseen delays with our delivery network. 

Free delivery for order over $150.00 otherwise we charge a flat rate of AUD$10.00 for all local standard shipping and AUD$15.00 for all local express shipping.

International parcel fee of $30 standard and express $35.

The time it takes for your order to arrive varies on your location, and how fast your local postal service is.

 

Delivery Risk:

  • All risk in the product will pass to you upon the delivery of the order. We will not be liable for loss or destruction of the product. 
  • We will not be liable to you for any loss, liability , costs, damages charges or expenses arising from late delivery of your order.
  • We might not be able to deliver to some locations. If this happen we will inform you using the contact details you have provided us when you make your order and arrange a cancellation order or we can arrange to deliver to an alternative address.

 

Receiving:

  • All orders require Signature On Delivery. (We cannot be responsible for delivery for orders that have requested Safe Drop).
  • You must ensure that you are able to take delivery of the order without undue delay and at any time reasonably specified by us.
  • Australia post or our couriers may leave a card giving you instructions on either re-delivery from the currier or to be collected at your local post office.
  • If your item hasn't arrive, please check with your local post office as it might be waiting for collection if signature cant not be obtained on delivery.
  • During Promotion and Sale periods, there may be slight delays in receiving your order due to increased volumes

Refusal to accept delivery:

  • If the delivery is delayed through your unreasonable refusal to accept delivery or if you do not accept delivery or collect order within the timeframe specified by Australia post (but no later than 2 weeks from our first attempt to deliver to you), then we may (without affecting any other right or remedy available to us) do the following: No longer make the product available or delivery or collection and that we are cancelling the the order in which we will refund your order, less our administration charges ( including attempting to delivery and then returning the order and storage fees).

 

 Please take care when opening the order as any damage of the product we will not take responsibility for any damages made by you.
